- The top 500 candidates in the 2023 competition will receive 500 four-year scholarships from the Elks National Foundation.
- Most Important Scholarships for students are available to those enrolled full-time in a four-year program at a college or university in the United States (minimum of 12 semester hours). They range from $1,000 per year to $12,500 per year. All awards come in the form of certificates, and the recipient must register full-time in a recognized U.S. in order to obtain them, from college, or university.
- The Elks National Foundation’s Chicago headquarters will reveal the names of the 500 national winners in late April 2023. (Through this program, several neighborhood Lodges, regions, and state Elks groups present their own scholarships.
